HARDWARE-AUTOMOTIVE

Even though very different from the bulk materials industries, the automotive industry remains a huge pillar of the worldwide economy and development. Quality control and supply chain across this sector can become very complex, as automotive industry is split in many tiers. These have the roots in the raw material handling, which can take the form of metallic or other types of powders and granules, continues with the components manufacturing itself and last, but definitely not the least the major stake is attributed to the player actually performing the integration and assembly.

The main processes that we cover relate to handling of raw materials for components production or handling of the components themselves: lift and tip systems, disentangling interlocking items, controlled feeding of pieces, furnace feeding and packaging. Not the least, we can perform ferrous particles separations in processes that involve liquids (i.e. painting shops) or solids.

Examples of pieces we can handle: rubber, plastic, metallic components or combinations of these, nails, screws and other finished or semi-finished items meant to be used across the automotive sector.
