PLASTICS AND RUBBER
Plastics industry is one of the most persistent ones in terms of end products used or found in our everyday lives in the form of various polymer materials, which major constituent is represented by the mineral oil. This industry is responsible with supplying raw material to packaging, building, automotive or aerospace sectors. Nowadays, efforts are being made towards a more sustainable environment, R&D having a growing stake in developing biodegradable substituents.
The main processes that we cover relate to raw materials reception and storage, feeding, classification, conveying though various technologies, mixing, drying, granulating or magnetic separations, while in the final stages of the process the final product can be bulk loaded into big bags, tanker trucks, open trucks or rail wagons.
Examples of bulk materials that we use to handle: plastic granules or flakes, rubber, additives, lime or pigments.
